The largest sleep conference of the year, APSS Sleep 2010, was held last week in San Antonio, TX. As it was a huge success and attended by 5000+ sleep professionals from all over the world, I felt that this topic was relevant to write about this week.

Neurovirtual and Sleepvirtual Exhibited at the 13th International MED & LAB Expo in Tehran

Iran held its 13th International Exhibition for Medical, Dental and Laboratory Equipments, Pharmaceutical Products and Healthcare Services (IRAN MED & LAB) at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds from June 11-14. Nearly 1,000 domestic and foreign companies from various countries including Germany, UK, South Korea, Malaysia, Jordan, China, Thailand, and Turkey attended the 4-day event.

On March 13, 2010 the Sleep Institute of Brazil, Instituto do Sono in São Paulo, Brazil (www.sono.org.br/english/english.html), held a sleep study workshop for forty medical doctors, including Neurologists, ENT’s and Pulmonologists, who are completing their specialization in sleep medicine. (more…)
